Unfortunately in his third run he had a terrible draw at Thirsk and then missed the break when having a good draw at Catterick.

An eyecatching individual by a top quality sire out of a mare that has already proved she can produce quality foals. She has now produced five winners from six runners. Boundless Spirit started his two year old career with racing at local course Thirsk where, as expected, he ran very green showing he needed the experience. That experience was put to good use as in his next race at Hamilton, a maiden, he won nicely. He then went for the Brian Yeardley 2yo trophy at Beverley (Class 2) where again he improved and won his race nicely. As Channel 4 said that day "what an appropriately named horse". In June 2010 he went to Royal Ascot to run in the Windsor Castle Stakes (Class 1) which gave his Owners a fantastic day. Unfortunately he put in a very disappointing performance that day and did not fire at all, for no apparent reason. There should be plenty of excitement to come from him during the 2010 season and he hold some very big race entries.
