Personnel
Nick Tritton, Director- Nick has been involved as an owner in racing for more years than he will admit to! On taking early retirement in 1999 the trainer Les Eyre, now retired to Spain, encouraged him to set up Pinnacle Racing with fellow owner Mark Ford.
Les Eyre, a great character and a typical blunt speaking and honest Yorkshireman, wanted partnerships set up in the yard that would treat owners as they should be treated - keeping them fully informed and involved with their horses and dealing with them 100% honestly. Nick and Mark had similar values and consequently Pinnacle was established in 1999.
The rest is history but from just two horses in 1999 Pinnacle has become a great success story and has moved on to better and better horses.
Nick has no doubt that this success is due to the original values held by the Company. Owners have remained very loyal to Pinnacle and that is because we believe that the owners are as valuable as the horses.
Jeanette Dyde, Partnership Manager- There is probably no better advert for Pinnacle Racing than Jeanette! Having had four shares in horses with Pinnacle Jeanette decided to move to Yorkshire and work for Pinnacle in 2006.
Since then she has purchased two more horses although plans for more are definitely on hold as she has just purchased a house.
Jeanette currently has shares in Maze, Il Castagno and Choisette.
Outside of Pinnacle she has little time at present as she is busy renovating and decorating her house but she is a great believer in Greyhound welfare and currently has a retired greyhound, Honcho, so gets her exercise walking the dog.
Mark Ford, Director- Mark set up Pinnacle Racing with Nick back in 1999. They met in a partnership horse originally before having horses together trained by Les Eyre. Living in Worcestershire he currently works for Pinnacle part time and is often to be seen with pinnacle runners in the midland and southern courses.
Over the last few years Mark has been busy working towards a PhD which he has just completed. That, together with Pinnacle and his other work, has kept him very busy but now he has more time he is likely to be seen at the races and up at the stables more often.
